Slow Burn x The Catbird Seat

Thursday, September 8 & Friday, September 9

Ending the Nashville leg of their North American Tour, Slow Burn will be popping up for an intimate, collaborative dinner with Chef Brian Baxter and The Catbird Seat team for two nights only. Led by chef team Andy Doubrava and Tiffani Ortiz, Slow Burn exists in the tension for their combined talents ranging from biodynamic farming, food preservation, and fine dining.

Offering broad experiences from casual concepts to 18-course tasting menus, these nomadic restaurateurs can be found making use of their long-term misos, vinegars, charcuterie, and much more from California to New Zealand in various venues. After years working in Michelin-starred restaurants while still managing to exist under a thin veil of obscurity, Doubrava and Ortiz offer sustainable dining alternatives on the outskirts of the hospitality industry while maintaining their DIY flair.

Guests can expect a thoughtful merge of culinary philosophies for this 12- to 13-course prix fixe menu. Beverage options will be made available for purchase upon arrival and will include an alcoholic or non-alcoholic pairing. Due to the nature of this dinner, The Catbird Seat is unable to accommodate dietary restrictions. Tickets will be released on Tock at 12:00pm on Wednesday, August 9, 2023.
