Babychan is a Japanese-influenced all-day bakery and café newly opened in the Neuhoff development in Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood. Inspired by Japanese and French café culture, Babychan offers technique-driven pastries, nostalgic dishes from Chef Horii’s childhood, and an all-day menu paired with coffee, tea, sake, beer, and wine. Named after Horii’s childhood nickname, Babychan builds on the vision that began at their acclaimed first restaurant, Kisser.
