Former Josephine chef to helm new kitchen in Wedgewood-Houston

Nashville Business JournalMarch 2026

“It’s OK to obsess over a grilled cheese sandwich, down to the exact shade of the toast.

Andy Little will be doing just that leading the kitchen at Strategic Hospitality’s new Wedgewood-Houston restaurant, Sally’s Stay Awhile.

Little is best known in Nashville for his decade as chef-owner of beloved 12South restaurant Josephine, before it closed in 2024. Since then, he’s served as director of culinary operations for Strategic Hospitality, a title he’ll retain as he steps behind the stove again.”
