Dublin-born chef Trevor Moran, who trained at world-renowned restaurants including Copenhagen's Noma, now helms his debut solo effort, Locust. The laid-back yet precise 12 South restaurant has been ranked No. 20 on the inaugural North America’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
